When all the attendees have sat down and settled an angel will appear carrying a single lit candle. This is a celebration of quiet confidence of carrying light in darkness of sharing that light with others. Join us as we quietly walk through an evergreen spiral to light our candle and add our little light to the growing glow of our community. Many have found the experience of walking the spiral as an older youth and or adult as a powerful and peaceful experience.

Each person walks one by one from the beginning of the spiral into the center and lights their candle from the central flame then turns and walks back setting their candle down on a golden star along the way. In the center of the spiral a single candle is lit. The spiral of light symbolizes this gesture.
