A room reservation request is due at least 3 business days prior to a meeting or tabling date and at least 15 business days prior to an event date. Please clean up a room when you re finished.

An event meeting or tabling is not confirmed as approved until the room is confirmed as reserved and any relevant and required contracts are signed by scu. Ask at the desk for a study room laptop. The crestron room wizards have been installed across campus on a variety of rooms like classrooms study rooms and conference rooms. Joyner library room reservation. This is an older version of the room reservation application. Small study rooms can be reserved up to two weeks in advance up to twice a day for a maximum of three hours per reservation. Choose a building to begin.

A daily maximum of 2 hours per group applies.
